As a retired veteran owned business we seek to give back to the community through timely, cost sensitive and professional construction services.

Where we started?

Social Construction LLC was founded by retired Naval Officer Brent Szychulda. As a real estate investor/developer and construction expert, Brent has led projects as large as the ground up development/ construction of full-scale military hospitals and clinics, commercial construction of restaurants and breweries, as well as residential new home builds, renovations and restorations. Working expertly with military, government and civil sector clients for over 25 years.
